Start Bay Holiday Apartment Tariff for 2007


£25 per person per night with a minimum of £50 per night and a minimum stay of two nights at all times except for 22 Jul – 2 Sep when the minimum is £100 per night with a minimum stay of a full week, Sunday to Sunday; and 21 Dec – 2 Jan 2008 when the minimum is £100 per night.

Prices are VAT inclusive. Bed linen is provided and all gas and electricity is supplied with no extra charge.

We operate a strict no smoking policy and regret that no pets can be accommodated in the apartment.

A £50.00 non-returnable deposit plus a £50.00 returnable deposit is required to reserve the apartment. On receipt of your deposit and completed booking form, we will confirm your reservation. £50.00 will be returned at the end of your stay when you leave the apartment in a good clean condition. The balance of your fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.
